Villa Achillea, Toscana

Una casa di famiglia un po’ dimenticata, senz’anima, con un giardino inaridito e muri impersonali…

L’idea?

Testimonial

“Working with Aurélie was unlike anything we’d experienced before.
She’s very clear about her availability — and yes, it took a little patience to get her time — but once she stepped into the project, she was fully present.
No distractions. No half-measures. Just deep, focused dedication.

The house itself was already charming, but it was missing something.
What she did with the garden was, honestly, beyond what we thought possible.
She transformed it into a low-maintenance, wild, poetic space, and proved to us that “savage” and “beautiful” can live in perfect harmony.
We now walk through it like it’s a fairy tale.

Inside, she made just a few thoughtful interventions — two or three murals delicately painted on doors and around our kitchen fireplace, and she generously offered two paintings from her own collection.
These subtle touches changed the entire atmosphere.
The house feels curated and alive — not overdesigned, just elevated.

What also impressed us deeply was the way she handled the budget. Everything was clear, explained, and fair from the start.
She was transparent in every step, and somehow… it ended up costing far less than we had feared for such a unique, artistic transformation.

We were amazed to work with such a multi-faceted artist.
She has that rare gift of being at once a painter, designer, gardener, and guide — and somehow, she excels at all of it.
You can feel the passion behind everything she does.
She’s fully committed — to her craft and to her clients.

Every time we fly in from the US, we feel like we’ve landed not just in Tuscany — but in an old Italian movie.
It’s that magical.”
